Guest Lecture for 3rd-Semester PAI Students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta

Surakarta, 8 September 2025 – The Department of Islamic Education (PAI), Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FIT) UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, held a guest lecture for 3rd-semester students with Mr. Mahmudulhassan, MA., Mss., as the speaker. The special session took place in the classroom where Mr. Mahmudulhassan introduced the educational model in Bangladesh.

Dr. Hj. Siti Choiriyah, the lecturer of the class, expressed her joy and appreciation for Mr. Mahmudulhassan’s visit. She highlighted that such exposure is very meaningful for students, as it broadens their academic and international perspective.

In his lecture, Mr. Mahmudulhassan motivated students to always strive for excellence in order to achieve their goals. He also encouraged PAI students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta to pursue further studies in Bangladesh, particularly through scholarship opportunities. His session was lively and interactive, as students enthusiastically engaged with him.

Mr. Mahmudulhassan also introduced the Bangladeshi language, which attracted great interest from the students.

This guest lecture proved to be highly beneficial and inspiring for the 3rd-semester PAI students. Not only did it provide academic enrichment, but it also opened broader horizons for international study and inspired students to be more confident in pursuing their academic dreams.
